Part 2. Server Reservation & Character Pre-Creation Now Live

NCSOFT has officially launched the Aion 2 Pre-Creation and Server Reservation Event! Players can now create their character in advance, select their preferred server, and reserve their name to ensure a seamless experience at launch. Participants may also receive exclusive rewards and launch bonuses for early registration.

Login & Account Requirements

• You can register and log in using Google, Facebook, or other third-party accounts.
• Nintendo accounts are not eligible for this event.

Part 3. How to Reserve Your Server and Character (Korea & Taiwan)

Step 1: Log in or Sign up for an NCSOFT Account

• Taiwan Account: Register using your email address.
• Korean Account: Requires a valid Korean mobile number for verification.

Ensure you select the correct regional server to avoid login restrictions later.

Step 2: Go to the Pre-Creation Event Page

Click on the “Pre-Create Character” button to begin the reservation process.

Step 3: Choose Your Race and Preferred Server

Select your desired race and the server you want to join when the game launches.

Step 4: Enter Your Character Name

Character Name Rules:

• Name length: 1–12 characters (Chinese, English, and numbers allowed).
• Names cannot consist of numbers only.
• The first character cannot be a number.
• No spaces or special symbols allowed.
• Duplicate names are not allowed on the same server.
• Your reserved name will be applied to the selected race and server at launch.
• After launch, you can still create characters on other servers using different names.

Step 5: Download the PURPLE Launcher

Install NCSOFT’s official PURPLE platform. Log in with your NCSOFT account to complete pre-creation setup.

Step 5: Pre-Create Your Character (Available from November 16)

Customize your class, appearance, and settings so your character is ready to play the moment servers open.

Important Notes

• After completing your reservation, log in to your PLAYNC account from the event page to view your reserved character info.
• If the number of participants exceeds expectations, PLAYNC may queue users. Any new servers will be announced in advance.
• Each PLAYNC account can only participate once and reserve one character name during the event.
• The same character name cannot be used twice on the same server within 2025, but duplicate names are allowed on different servers.
• Reservation for the selected server and character name ends on December 31, 2025 (Wed).
• After the official launch, players can still create additional characters beyond the reserved one.
• Server reservation periods may end early or be extended depending on demand.
• If a character name violates regulations, it may be modified or deleted without prior notice.
