No Stress for SWAT

Overview

• Works fine with the DLC3 patch 3 as of 11.09.2025
• Increases passive stress loss from 5% per turn to 20%.
• Increases max characters in therapy to 8.
• No longer need 50% stress to enter therapy.
• Changes roster unlock requirements from 3,5,7,9,11 missions to 2,4,6,8,10 just so you can immediately see that the mod is installed correctly when holding tab.
• If you already have all roster slots, try to send someone to therapy and it should say X/8.
• Increases the amount of officers you can fire at once from 1 to 3.
• More powerful versions in the files tab.

Install instructions

• Works with Vortex, just remember to click "elevate" and "deploy" in the top right notification bell. Otherwise it won't actually install.
• Manual install:
• Unpack the .zip file to path ....\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks\
• If you cant find this folder, right click the game in Steam --> manage --> browse game files or something to this effect.
• Launch game
