Fast Actions 7.0

Instead of pressing a key for almost one second, this mod provides quicker or instant inputs for :
- menu selection
- creating/dismantling technology
- transfering resources to/from ship
- entering ship
- discussing with NPC
- gathering small plants
- launching refinery processing
- recovering deployable technologies

This mod exists in 2 versions :
- instant actions : almost no delay actions (Fractal 4.13 added an in-game option but it only works for a limited range of actions)
- fast actions : between original and instant actions
