1. Download the mod file
2. Open Steam > Library > Escape the Backrooms > ⚙️ > Manage > Browse Local Files
3. Go into the folder EscapeTheBackrooms > Content > Paks and make a new folder called "interpose_mods"
4. Add the .pak file you downloaded in step 1 to the newly created interpose mods folder
Make sure to press F1 to open interpose map loader once in game
