Relic Editor CE Table

Install Cheat Engine 7.5 or above.

How-To:
DISABLE EAC!!! - 2 versions of auto attach, one uses nightreign.exe - the RenameEACBypass is if you rename nightreign.exe to start_protected_game.exe
Attach table to nightreign.exe when the game is running.
Equip any relic on the character you are using. Then it will fill the pointers. If you equip something in all relic 3 slots, you have to highlight them to populate the pointers.
If nothing is equipped on your current character, highlighting in the inventory will also work, but be careful not to edit while moving the mouse about, as it can cause edits you didnt mean on another relic suddenly.
Double clicking the value portion of the table will open up the dropdown window for you to select from.

"Attacks inflict [STATUS] 0/+1/+2/+3" are the only ones currently not working!)
In the middle of the dropdown list to select from, you will see spaced out area saying it's not usable on relics, as its more or less the status ID or such, not a relic effect.
What is a possible combination or not, I cannot help with. It's use at your own risk. Though 1 thing I can recommend is only modify the Grand (3 slot relics) option, as the Medium and Small do not have 3 slots occupied to begin with.
The only current way to confirm if a relic option is possible, would be to alter the regulation.bin file to only contain the entries you are interested in, and buy the random relic from the Small Jar Bazaar and see what sticks.
